Debt collection
We always look to recover monies owed through the customary legal framework. If this is not possible, we aim at least to recover VAT already paid.
Liquidation of liabilities
Balances are adjusted with suppliers and service providers. Existing debts are liquidated. The situation regarding fiscal debts and social security must be taken into account.
Disposal of assets
Should there be outstanding assets for sale, these will de disposed of in the best possible conditions.
Dissolution
After all the above issues have been settled, the liquidator can proceed with dissolution. The company is dissolved at the Company Registry and activity ceases in fiscal terms. The liquidator is deemed personally responsible for the accuracy of information provided as well as for any eventual liabilities that may arise even after the company has been dissolved.
